"I became a veterinarian to help both animals and people. As a doctor, I believe that a mobile veterinary practice allows me to establish better relationships with my clients and their pets.
House calls are typically longer than the average office visit, and in-home visits are often more convenient for pet owners. Many times there is valuable information to be gained when I become familiar with the patient's home environment. This knowledge can aid in the diagnostic process and in making treatment options more practical and easier to comply with.
Having a mobile practice also allows me to reach out to those who find it difficult to get to a traditional animal clinic or hospital, and lessens the anxiety, fear, and stress that many patients develop when being transported."
